OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
“98 Days of Summer – Full Tank Fridays”
The following contest rules apply to the “98 Days of Summer – Full Tank Fridays” promotion conducted by Last
Frontier Mediactive, LLC – KWolf 98.1 (“Station”) in partnership with Denali State Bank (“Sponsor”).
1. CONTEST DATES
The contest begins on or about May 29, 2026 and ends on August 28, 2026. Weekly drawings will occur each
Friday during the promotional period.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Contest is open only to legal residents of Alaska who are at least sixteen (16) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees of the Station, Denali State Bank, affiliated companies, advertising agencies, promotional partners,
and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate or win.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. HOW TO ENTER
Listeners may enter the contest by:
• Registering at participating Denali State Bank Fairbanks branch locations
Limit one (1) entry per person, per day regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries submitted on the same
day by the same individual may be disqualified.
No purchase or banking relationship is necessary to enter or win.
4. PRIZES
One (1) winner will be selected each Friday during the promotion period to receive a $98 gas gift card.
Approximate total prize value for the entire promotion: $1,372.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted except at the discretion of the
Station or Sponsor.
5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Winners will be selected in random drawings from all eligible entries received each week. A new drawing will
be held each week. Participants must register each week for a new chance to win.
Selected winners will be contacted using the information provided at entry. If a winner cannot be contacted,
fails to respond within the timeframe designated by the Station, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may
be selected. Winners will come to the radio station to pick up their prize
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Station, which are
final.
The Station and Sponsor reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest in the event of
technical issues, fraud, acts of God, or any circumstance beyond their reasonable control.
Entrants grant the Station and Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, voice, and hometown for
promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
7. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Last Frontier Mediactive, LLC – KWolf 98.1, Denali
State Bank, their parent companies, affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives from
any and all liability arising from participation in the contest or acceptance/use of any prize.
8. TAXES
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize acceptance.
9. SPONSOR
